Not bad. I just had to stop watching because I couldn’t bear your head getting in the way of the view anymore. Sorry man! Otherwise nice job!

I like this kind of crafty stuff, diy perks’ videos are too short and make everything look easy. Without all the editing, the veiwers get to whatch your whole experience. Its truly enjoyable, and NCS music is a good go-to for any craft channel :) your style reminds me of Michaelcthulu, he shows both good and bad too, his vids are like an hr or so long and I whatch every second.

I did a countertop in concrete. Didn't polish it, I just made a cement paste and filled the holes. Being that the cement paste was a different brand it turned out darker. It looked stunning.

Thank you for your nice comment, I know my editing skills need improving but I’m pleased you found it watchable and you like it. I have just uploaded part 2. Hope you like it kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmWXXn-hZZyUbdE

Just a few ideas to help with filming. -buy some cheap acoustic panels -place the camera on the opposite side you are working on -mitigate camera rattle from any random bumping by getting a cheap camera suspension unit Also a good quality budget boom mike does wonders. Good luck with the channel, you have my sub and support

Nice. I like it very much. I have the very same scalpel/knife set from a poundshop

Hello sir! Great idea and put a lot of effort put into this project. I have few suggestions about pouring concrete 1. Your concrete was not flowing enough, 2. It needed a certain vibration to get the concrete to settle properly (less Bubbles), 3. I would try to replace the wooden parts of the mold with those of Plexiglas, for easier removal. Best Regards

Hi, Paul great video. I would like to create this stereo. Do you perhaps have an electric schedule? I would like to make this without the battery's and replace it with a transfo. Thanks in advance.
@PaulNurse19 ай бұрын
Hi, unfortunately, I never made a schematic of the electrics, only what you can see in Part 2 I think. I have since upgraded my electronics to a Wondom amplifier with thier funcional cables pack. My power supply is now from a laptop style power brick. I no longer use the battery pack. Good luck with the build. It is very satisfying to play your music through a self built speaker.

Diy perks’ speaker but a bit larger. I like the concrete you used better tho

Using some oil spray (wd40 or pan oil spray) could have helped a bit. It would be much easier to take this things apart.

How thick is the concrete?
@francisc1444 жыл бұрын
You are showing your polished head instead of the speaker.

If ya don’t mind me asking, what thickness acetate did you use?
@PaulNurse15 жыл бұрын
Everything I used is in the description text. I used 400 µm acetate for this build but 600 µm would have been better. It was by far the most expensive item I used in the build except the speakers

@@PaulNurse1 I use a sheet of clear plastic. Was from an ikea poster frame and was unused. Bent it carefully in the frame and used a hot air gun so that it took the shape of the mold.

Servet Murat Öztürk Thank you for the feedback. I’ve had a few requests for the wiring diagram and plans. I need to find some time to get this done.
