Our deck is made of flexi core. There is a crack and water is dripping down stairs. Can we use this product to seal our deck ?

what if the cracks are wider and deeper ? do you just keep wetting and filling ?

Would you use the same technique on stained or dyed concrete? How would you match the color? Colored sand?

Yes, but the water may find another path. The crack has to be dry when doing this also.
