CONCRETING A FLOOR AND GETTING THINGS WRONG 🤦🏻

IN THIS WEEKS VIDEO...
I UNDERESTIMATED THIS ONE ..CONCRETING OUR PORCH FLOOR WE ARE BACK TO BACK FILL, PIPE THE VENT, PREP THE THE DPMS AND INSULATION INCLUDING THE COLD BRIDGING STRIP.
WE MIX OUR OWN CONCRETE AND SOON FIND OUT THAT WE ARE SHORT OF BALLAST. I HAVE TO TO GO BACK OUT FOR A SECOND TIME TO THE MERCHANTS FOR GEAR.
IT WAS A LONG DAY WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH SHORTER...ENJOY 🧱👍🏽

Nice work Gents.. can't understand why you don't have the mixer on a stand? Could tip it straight into slab then? Tipping out on osb, then move it again seems counter productive...? Keep up the good work though

I have a burn make on my wrist did something similar it was bloody soar fo while it has left a mark on my wrist it is lighter skin and no hair grows there.

Great videos but you two are always killing your selfs some of your older videos hand digging extension footings ect. Once I realised there wasn’t enough ballast I would have called it a day lol and concreted it the next day and then spent the rest of the day prepping the next stage. Maybe need two price in a extra day or two on the jobs💪
