You have a respect for peoples property, even if no one’s living there. Some of them just go in and cut everything down… Grass, bushes, flowers, mow down whole flowerbeds full of plants (not weeds) with weed eaters. I guess they either think it looks good on KZbin or they can’t be bothered to be selective. You respect the properties you work on and the neighborhoods that you work in, and don’t do any of that slash and dash yardwork that so many of the others do. It makes your videos much more enjoyable to watch. It’s probably why you have so many subscribers. Thanks for the job you do and for giving us something decent to watch!

You are such a blessing to people always helping the community when needed. ❤ About a month ago our local radio station was talking about you how you had reach a million subscribers. If anyone watches you they can see why. Great job as always.

Somebody needs to set up a TNR for the kitties calling it a home. I really wish this city would compensate you for the amazing job you done! While the home is of course in poor condition, you really made this a beautiful transition for the neighborhood! ❤

Fantastic job transformation! Too bad that the house needs to be torn down. The overall design of the house is actually aesthetically pleasing. A bit dated, but still a good - looking structure. Thanks for your hard work.
