Just wanted to add there is a 2 -way truck that passes directly in front of the condo, you can hop on for 10 baht depending on which direction you are heading you can go to the Fish Market or the major shopping malls (super convenient passes by about every 10 minutes you can get on or off whenever you want.) The pool area at My Vimarn is a nice area to chill and have drinks and food directly connected to the beach. I like to leave my stuff by the pool and rent a jet ski.

Hello Kim, I saw a couple of videos this afternoon. One American has bought his own house after being 30 years in Thailand. He bought a 3 bedroom house walking distance to the beach. The other American bought 2 Condo's in Bangkok. I am excited. My holiday to Koh Samui will be towards the end of next month. I will have a look around, and then perhaps decide.

They want to negotiate based on length of stay. The reason why price is not included is because I don't want people discussing price with me here in comments, nor do I want to argue with people here over rental price. I unfortunately get a lot of argumentative people making remarks on videos, offerring a lot of opinions with no true knowledge base of how things are done here, property prices and things that are just not constructive ... Opinions based on 1 bad story or outdated information they heard 10 years ago. Our friends want serious renters and don't want to be contacted unless people are truly interested in the property. Price of rentals is so easy to find online for any area in Thailand. Very easy to establish a range based on Google searches.

@@kimberleyssandbox I don't see the point of showcasing apartments without providing a rough idea of what people can expect to pay for rent long-term, mid-term or short-term. That's just my opinion. There's plenty of other videos out there anyway.

@markbradley4179 read the description, please read the comments of my explanation of why I did not include it in the video. If you are serious, then contact the owner to negotiate. I'm not in the position to discuss pricing of the rental. Sure... if you would like to get price ranges and do a Google search, anyone can do that to get an idea of rental costs here. I did this video for my friends to help them find a renter.
