I like this place and the view from the balcony is quite nice. The washing machine is a nice bonus and no roosters, barking dogs or traffic noise at this floor.

It's true, but you can hear the traffic noise. Which is fine because it's consistent. You can sleep right through it.

Glad to see that you're doing well. That's a nice condo. I was just near that cemetary just a few months ago haha. Manila is a pretty good size city. It's busy, but the people are generally very nice there.

Very nice place Mia. Everything you need in a cozy space. You can even reach the top cabinets. You must be taller than the average Filipina. It's always nice to have a balcony so you can get outside and test the temperature.

I am, in fact, a Filipino. Why? Speaking English is not a problem. You see, that's the attitude I detest among Filipinos. They attempt to discredit other Filipinos simply because they make an effort to speak English or are improving their language skills. If and when I choose to, I will speak in English. Just let me know if you don't like the concept of me speaking in English. I'll acknowledge it, but I won't adhere to it.
