@Tristan Lavictoire I have lots of experience with these. For pure forearm growth any of these are fine. But for specialised grip guys like like arm wrestlers I would say go with the cone grips

oh wow... I bought fat grips a couple of months ago and I loved them. Now I feel like I made a bad investment. Cone grips look soo much more effective. I actually noticed how much weaker my pinky finger was when I tried closing a #2 COC

Try to close regular market with just pinky . when I Go to to I just grab them and few pinky finger reps .

Use "Imtug" two finger grips and isolate the pinkie finger. That should help💪
