They are good for GRIP training , I would n`t recommend them for armwrestling specific training. Working with grippers will still train your grip.

How would you compare arm wrestling grip training with rock climbing grip training? Would rock climbing grip training be effective in anyway if you see what they do you would know it’s not easy the way they train
@voiceofarmwrestling
@voiceofarmwrestling 5 жыл бұрын
Rock climbing- you don`t need power but endurance, also you grip is working in different position, I don`t think it would hurt an armwrestler but also make him stronger, but I haven`t seen rock climbers coming and beating armwrestlers. My point is its a great assistance -non specific training tool for armwrestling.

Ray, when I use the Mazurenko handle showed in the video (not conic handles or tube handles) with big weights after I do 10 reps or so and I let go of the handle I feel a sharp pain going through the forearm but it doesn't stay for too long (only a couple seconds). That pain is related to the finger holding too much weight I think. Is there any way to improve that? Lower weights different exercise to reinforce? Please advise!! Much thanks, J
