I say this without even the slightest bit of irony, I genuinely appreciate how chill Coney is. There are a lot of other channels I can think of where if they did a show like this and heard a story about some kid having an awkward interaction with a girl, they'd use it as an opportunity to punch down and laugh about how cringey it was and just leave it at that. Then there's Coney, who goes out of his way to make it known to the storyteller that this stuff happens to everybody and that they are not the only one who's been through something like this. Sure he plays the story for a joke, but he's legitimately nice about it the whole time.

For the DND story... In my opinion, the thing he did wrong here was NOT MAKE EXCUSES. Just say you are busy and you'll talk to them later, rather than push the person away because you are busy.
