I have a similar story to the last one(well not me but my mothers colleague's son). He had aspergers if I recall correctly and learned about dwarves from fantasy movies so one day that he encountered a little person for the first time he thought he had found a mythical being and decided to grab them and take them home. He then proceed to lock them into a cabinet until his mother came home and could release the person. This was a while ago so I don't remember all the details but that was the gist of it
