Great video. I would 100 percent be dealing with these guys from the way Chance explained how it's operated. I'm a 2021 GSA owner that rides 12-15K per year. I just wish I had a dealership nearby that was like Foothills BMW. I live in Louisiana and my nearest BMW Dealership is 160 miles away.

My wife bought a Royal Enfield INT. it was a too big for her and she wanted to get the smaller Meteor. The Interceptor was in new condition under 1K miles. A dealer had a used Meteor, 6K on the od. Had a dent in the tank and a bit of wear. We offered a straight across trade and said no. Needing $3k plus our Interceptor for the used Meteor, We passed. Were we wrong?

I think maybe, and I'm just guessing, what you thought was a fantastic deal was something the dealership didn't. Maybe they didn't want what they perceived as a hassle and would rather have just sold their bike than do the swap.

My experience at my local dealerships are that the sales department & service departments are polar opposites of one another. One is usually pretty good, while the other one completely sucks. I've never had the two work harmoniously together.

I think it takes more than just one purchase from a dealership to truly understand the dealers side of the issue. I have purchased only 3 new bikes from a dealer, but I understand their issues. They have a lot of mouths to feed. Good show.
