IS HOUSE JOB DONE IN FOUR OR TWO FACILITIES .

it depends, you do 4 rotations in total so some do it in just 2 facilities, others end up doing it in 3 facilities. The first year is typically done in 1 facility, whilst the 2nd year can be done in 2 facilities.
