This video is missing some key context, that guy was blocking him from pulling someone else who was actively speeding and had a warrant out for their arrest on purpose and the guy he was actually chasing got away so he pulled him over, the kid demands to know why the cop was speeding to catch up to the guy, and admitted essentially on camera that he did indeed block him. I can personally understand especially so close to retirement, why he'd be very frustrated even if he's an otherwise good officer, and he didn't even write the guy a ticket, he just loudly informed him he had to have the medical marijuana in original prescription containers only and tossed out the ones he couldn't legally use and sent him on his way. He didn't arrest him nor ticket him despite easily having the option to.
