It wasn't arugula BTW, that is "Murunga" leaf they add to the crab curry. Murunga curry (or drumstick curry) is also awesome stuff! You eat it similarly to the way you eat stuffed and baked artichoke leaves. The leaf of the Murunga plant are used as a seasoning as well. :)
