I’ve used a power rake on a skid steer to repair snow plow damage before. Works pretty good for seedbed prep.

Hey Connor, I place 4’ reflective fiberglass sticks into my lawn along the edge of my driveway and along the street before it freezes for winter. They mark the boundaries for blowing snow and the plows on the streets.

In winter you should put those reflective plastic pole things you get at home depot for cheap cheap where the sandbags are. Here in PA a lot of people put them at the ends of their driveways because of ditches and old stone walls so they don't 1) drive into them in deep snow and 2) plows don't crush their 300 year old fence.

Here in New York the plows do the same thing to us. I let the plows take 1 to 2 feet because it's usually all rocks anyways.... no salt.

Connor, I am a sub from Ludington, Michigan. We didn't have a tough winter but the County Plow was brutal. Un professional. I repaired mid winter and then the same guy ripped up the lawn even more. Frustrating. I'm still trying to decide how to clean up this guy's damage. You're not alone. Perhaps you'll share your repairs and help guys like me to get over the insult, move on. Part of me wants to say, "they don't care, I don't care..."

Might be an idea to place orange beacon markers before winter hits. They have fold out feet base sort of like a tripod and they stand 6 ft tall and are NEON orange to alert people not to plow near there.

Winter does suck! Sorry you’re having a rough day. Once it warms up and snow melts, the grass will green up and things will get better! Maybe next year put some markers out for the plows. Been a long winter and coming out of hibernation is difficult. Wishing you the best this season!

🎯All you need is 2 eye bolts was a swivel peace in the middle. you can adjust the size. Most people use them for dog leashes or they're also used on clotheslines but you know what it is where it tightens up in the middle 🔗👈 PS your boy Ryan need some sand bags as soon as you're done 🤣

You really need some of those orange fiberglass poles to outline the edge of the lawn. Also, something tells me that there is no rush to get that roller going. Roll it right now and your soil will squish out into the road!

Crazy mess dude that sucks. My ryegrass is screaming green in CT right now, I think we had one actual snowfall all year. One of the mildest winters ever in terms of snow. Snowplow did you dirty - bunch of guys operating their trucks like absolute cowboys. I always put stakes down the whole stretch a foot apart and hope for the best so they don't ding my curbs.
