5:49 we don't need high flying geniuses, we need moderately skilled to unskilled technicians making copious mistakes, simply not more valuable mistakes than can be afforded. "Hey go get big Franz! What are ranting about? Do you understand the purpose of this device? You need technicians to build devices and scientist use them. You cant let a Prof. Dr. Dr. build a supermagnet, because he can maybe calculate it, but he doesn´t has the skills to build it. I bet you are an average US-american with no comparable eduacation to these guys.
