hi, i have two questions, first why have you written the word ''certain'' event in section 35? although you mentioned earlier that an uncertain event is necessary in contingent contract. 2nd question is what is the difference between section 32, 33 and section 35.

Yes, you are right. I might have written it by mistake. It should be "an uncertain event".

Section-32 and 33 talks about the enforcement of a contingent contract whereas Section-35 talks about legality of a contingent contract. Moreover, time period is of importance in Section-35.

According to sec. 32 agar A (Promisor) uncertain future event hone pr B (promisee) ko 500rs. Dene ka contract krta hai aur wo uncertain future event actually me ho bhi jata hai tb A, B ko 500rs. Dene ke lie bound hai but hum jante hain ke According to sec. 25 (Agreements without consideration are void) to is contingent contract me B ko to 500 ka consideration mil rha hai lekin A ko badle me koi consideration nahi mil raha fir ye contingent contracts without consideration valid kaise ho jate hain ? Plz reply

Hello mam, nice explanation I am studying everything properly with your videos ❤ #question I have a doubt in section 35 it talks about specified event within fixed time. So if the event was done after the fixed or specified time. For eg ship has to return within a year. Otherwise contract is void but if ship returns after 1 year. Then what will happen ?

It's an agreement by way of wager and hence void. So can't ripen into a contract.

Mam i have a doubt For example In India A offers b to sell his car for worth rupees 200000 B accepts the offer But no consideration was given at that time So is this a valid contract? Since no consideration was given If its not a valid contract then why is it mentioned in Indian contract that there can be past future and presnt considerations But Next day b denies to buy the car So can A sue B for not buying the car?

No, A can't sue B. And as far as past, present or future consideration is concerned, there is a consideration involved in one form or the other.

Mam par yha pr consideration both side nhi...ghar wale example A ke ghar me aag lagne par B usee paise dega par yha B ka koi fayda hi nhi h(there is no consideration for B) A will get the amount but B will not... Is hisab se ye contract valid nhi hona chahiye because it lacks one of the essential of valid contract..🙏🙏 please tell me...
