In this lecture, we look at the common law and equitable remedies available to a plaintiff where the defendant has breached the contracts. The usual remedy under the common law, damages, is examined in some depth; we also look at rescission, restitution, specific performance and injunction.

I'm working on contract commercial space, mainly dealing with performance challenges. Would be great to listen to a short video on notice letter and request for damages. Correction, your estate will have to pay damages if you light up in a hazardous zone. You will probably be a bit more crispy than humans are suppose to be.
