Contrast+ How to Paint: New Cadian Command Squad

Platoon Commanders, Majors, Colonels, Command Squads, Cadian Command Squads, Ahhhh they've gone by many names over the years but here we have the NEW Cadian Command Squad. You can tell this because it says Cadia on the banner and I'll show you how to write that in yourselves!

I'm convinced, Contrast method is the quickest and best way. Would really love if you ended up making a World Eaters video when that releases.

What's the benefit of doing the Ork Flesh contrast over the Creed Camo? Instead of just going straight to the Ork Flesh. I'm sure you have a reason, would love to know what it is. Thanks in advance.

It changes the properties of the Ork Flesh by doing it over the green first. Kinda like highlighter pens when you go over them with the same or different highlighter pen you get a different colour. Ork Flesh on it's own is quite Jewelly but putting it over a shade of green takes some of the almost emerald colour out! I have plenty Guard videos coming out in the future I'm sure with even more whacky combinations that show it off!

I see your taking paint straight from the pot yet the result is amazing. Do you thin the pot itself down or am I just terrible at painting. This is my first set and I just finished a kinda terrible commander.
