I've been on Contrave for the last month. Overall my experience has been positive. Right now I'm at week 4. I have lost 10 pounds so far. My Dr. recommend that I strive for 100g of protein, stay under 100g of carbs and drink lots of water while on Contrave. My side effects have been headaches and constipation. Not pretty but manageable. My cravings have subsided and I generally feel pretty good. I'm hopeful and looking forward to seeing where I am a few months from now.

I am in week 1 of Contrave. I lost 4 pounds so far. Body fat has lessened 4.5%. My water weight went up since I drink a lot of water. My side effects are constipation only.

I do, you can't get all F@#$% up but I would just have a few beers I was fine. The desires to drink it turned off when I was drinking a beer it grossed me out so I would stop.
