Hi, Anna! That is a big thruth. We cannot always control our tongue...😬 But we can certainly try! In Proverbs 25:11 says that "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver." and in Proverbs 12:18 says "The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing." So, I think that God gives a LOT of clues and hints on how to speak with one another, don't you think?😉 Have a blessed day!❤🙏

I’ve been working on this very thing after listening to Milena talk about it…and I’ve heard how her friend does a talking fast. I actually wished I could do that, and lo and behold I lost my voice two days ago to laryngitis and I have been mute since. Now is that a Gift from God?😅

Haha maybe! I’ve never heard of a talking fast - such an interesting concept! I’ll have to check out that video!

Thank you for this! I have a problem with blurting things out without praying about it first. But God has been teaching me to just pause and take some days or hours to think whether I want to say that or not and nine times out of 10 I decide that I'm glad I didn't say what I was thinking

Hi Anna, just like your other subscribers have said "you are wise beyond your years". I listen to your video's and each time the topics you share with us are things that I am thinking about or questioning such topics. I also want to tell you how courageous you have been in sharing your testimony. In my opinion not only did you conquer the demons that you were fighting but you took a very sad time in your life and conquered joy back into your life. Nor did you lay down with shame and guilt. Your a strong woman Anna. It's been such a pleasure watching your channel. You really are a warrior for God.

I find most young women are difficult to listen to because they either use filler words (uhm, literally, like) or they stop themselves from that and have a mental block creating pauses and an unnatural cadence. You are wise beyond your years and I appreciate your videos. God bless you.

Hi Anna, thank you for another great video. This may come around as a strange question but how did you and your husband decide on purchasing a house. Me and my husband wants a place we can renovate and make our own but with the uncertainty going on we don’t know if we want to be set on one place, I would love a video on Christian ways of saving, I have this guilt sometimes for the fact that we live minimalistic and my kids wants more, asking why does other kids have nintendo games ect
@AnnaDysett5 ай бұрын
No question is strange to me! That’s really hard. My husband bought this house as a foreclosure long before we ever met. I’m not sure we would have a house otherwise - so I recognize that I am coming from a place of privilege there. He thought it was just an investment, but after 2020 and inflation - it has quickly become our potential forever home unless the Lord changes that. However, we do have some loopholes that we have found to help us acquire certain things (including things for our children). I keep a list of potential videos based on request so I’ll add this one to my list 🤗

Ty for this.. I have a daughter who has left us for a person who is not rite for her. Bc we dont aprove of the relationship she has been having a very loose tonge against my self and my other daughter. All we have tried is to talk her but she has so much anger towards us. It hurts bc she was the most loving person, she has never been disrespectful. Now she is so unreconizable. Please say a prayer for us i want my baby back home.

I’m so sorry! A mother’s prayer is truly so powerful and I don’t know if this will help.. but I saw something recently that said “don’t hold your children back from their testimony.” Even though mine are still little - it really hit home. Even though your daughter is in a dark season it really could be the very thing that opens her eyes in the future for a powerful testimony as a woman of God ♥️ praying that the Lord’s will be done 🙏🏼 hang in there and lean further into Him.
@claudiag.30365 ай бұрын
I was once this daughter, and I am so thankful that my parents prayed without ceasing for me. It is now part of my testimony. I’m believing that she WILL come out of that relationship, and that His plans for her are good.

@@claudiag.3036 Same! I recently found my baby bible and my grandmother had covered the front and back pages in prayer! I remember seeing it when I was little, but my mother brought it to me several months after the Lord saved me. It was such a blessing to see it with new eyes.
@sandyacosta83935 ай бұрын
@@claudiag.3036 ty for your message. Yes I will continue to hope and pray that she comes home. I also pray for mothers like yours and my self that God will give them strength like he has given me. May God continue to bless you and your mother🩷

I have been reading Jennifer L Scott's book Lessons from Maddam Chic. In the current chapter, she recommended asking someone about the most recent book they've read or the movie they've seen. Or opera or classical music concert they've been to. Why not do this for idle talk instead of gossiping.
