Going back through the programs. About a month in on heavy hitter, and the dynamic warmups already have me feeling better in my day to day.

Coach, I am going through the Fight ready program again great program by the way. Question in regards to when to use the mobility program I purchased after I finished it the FR first time when is a good time to use the mobility methods in the FRM program and the time considering for MMA training as well.

Hey coach is it normal for me to have cracks sounds on my shoulders when doing these exercise? Theres no pain or anything just cracks most of the time

Aqil yes most definitely there’s tiny air sockets inside the space of the joint capsules, when it gets mobilized you are hearing the bubble disperse basically like how you would if you were to crack your knuckles. As long as there’s no pain your in the clear

Hi coach, how many sets and reps per session, and how often to do a FRC session per week? Pre or post workout?
