Thanks for sharing this Phil. Love all of the variations. When you use these with a client, do you just pick a few that they need to work on program volume accordingly, or do you bring them through all of these drills in a session?

Hey Coach, it's very difficult to do these mobility routines because in the pdf and the videos the exercises got other names and are not in the same order.
