I just did my .22 cal. nice kit, great deal for the money. I did drill out the forearm: (1.) 1/2" plus in the barrel band (2.) ground the receiver end of the forearm under the barrel, this keeps the barrel free-flouting and this should help accuracy. In the tube of the forearm, on the gauge end I ground out a little more as it was too tight. Easy fix... I also put an over-size, hand grip and over-size stock for no rattle and richer, tight holding feeling. I added a Sig Saur Romeo red dot, love them as if you leave along for 2 minutes it turns off, then if you pick it up, it turns on automatically . (SAVES ON BATTERIES) SHOOTING: Shoots great:12.96 gr. 22 cal. "H&N Green", pellets at 600 to 753 FPS and 10.5 to 16.5 FPE. Bench rested at 10 yards, after sighing in, I got 1 in circles. Shots #1 to 7: I got 600 to 700 FPS, shots # 8 to 15 : I got 700 to 753 FPS, shots #16 to 24, I got 700 to 600. The best power was in middle after shot # 7 to shots #15 or #16. The difference in speed did not change the accuracy much at 10 yards, still 1 " circles.

I have a Chaser pistol and a second gun - the rifle "kit". The rifle kit comes with a barrel band and a surpressor (non-removable). The BR AR pistol grip is currently out of stock so the only BR AR tactical accessories that you can currently attach to the pistol are the barrel band and the suppressor. You cannot attach the tri-grip to the rifle either. Two problems with disassembling the Chaser: 1. The trigger assembly has three tiny black swivel pins that will fall out once you remove the butt handle. 2. The hammer spring compartment plug that is so loose in the video is very tight on my guns and takes pliers to work it loose.

It's awesome, I did the conversion on my chaser. Also was able to mod the spring when installing the kit. Get a lot of compliments on the look. Thanks Terry, your products are great. Well worth the price.

Ordered mine and it’s on its way to the UK now. Not many in the UK, so should have a fairly unique chaser. Went with the MFT stock too, so glad to see that combination in the video

Very nice kit! Totally changes the look of those little pistols to make them look all "tacticool". This kit really made me struggle to chose in between getting a 2240 and a Diana... *Maybe one day who knows!*

I just received my conversion kit yesterday. I am so pleased that it arrived so quickly. Installed it without any problems. It really pays to go along with the video. I got it completely together and I can assure you that my Diana bandit is a completely different pistol. It feels great to shoulder better than the clunky pistol grip. I am totally satisfied with this kit. I have my other kit for my Diana chaser coming Tuesday can't wait to get my hands on it. I am truly excited. I never thought that I would find a stock or a better pistol grip, however then I found exactly what I was looking for from Buck Rail. A thousand thanks sir. I have purchased moderators and other products from you. I do recommend Buck Rail. I am a very satisfied customer. Perhaps you can come up with a side folding stock, that will be appreciated. I'll be waiting.

Got my kit, getting ready to install it on my Diana Bandit .177. I initailly ordered a .22 cal version of the Diana, but I think I'm going to keep this one (.177) and see how it does. thanks for this video, I'll use it to add this kit to my weapon. Thank you! The Chaser is the quietest with our suppressor and is probably my favorite. It doesn’t come with the rotary magazines though so you will need to purchase those separately. I like the Bandit too though. If you have a PCP compressor or hand pump that is a great option as well. It is more powerful than the Chaser and Airbug. It comes suppressed and with a magazine. It can be regulated for better consistency. Just depends on what you want to do with it. We use the Chaser more than any of them and I recommend it to family and friends.

buck-rail.com/product/diana-ar-conversion/ I haven’t done that conversion, but I do have the Diana Bandit PCP and it gets about 20 shots per fill in 22. It’s such a small cylinder that refill is quick and easy though. I definitely prefer the PCP for small game hunting and pesting. For plinking I like to use my 177 PCP with Altaros regulator. The shot count is higher, but I don’t know it off the top of my head.

How to I get the butt stock onto buffer tube?

You’ve probably figured it out by now, but I’ll explain anyway. Align the buttstock with the tube and insert until it stops. Then you need to grab the smaller pin that passes through the larger plunger pin and pull while sliding onto the tube. The lever does not move the pin enough to remove the stock. It only moves it enough to move from detent to detent. That is by design; to prevent accidental removal of the buttstock while adjusting.

Are there any plans to build a non-pistol grip stock, or is anyone printing one? The pistol grip doesn't fit a rifle rest, it's top-heavy and falls over. It's also not comfortable for me to shoot. Thanks!

That is correct. The Airbug is very similar once you remove the stock.
