Oh this brought me back to my childhood.. in Yorkshire, UK we used to be able to get frozen "pop" (juice) in a cup from the local shop in the summer for 10p and it was called a jubley!! .... love how you've done it with broth - I will be trying this during this weekends meal preps!! I know things differ from the US to the UK but I use alot of tips/tricks I see you do... inflation getting us all good at the moment so thank you for all the ideas along the way!!😊

I made the stuffing casserole but mixed the cooked stuffing in with everything else. We LOVED IT. I can quarts of chicken to whip up a batch of our cats’ food. This way if things go south in the pet or human food supply, I can feed us or the cats. I cook with very low salt, can and freeze accordingly. We eat alot of chicken and its so much easier to manage meals of all sorts this way. 😊 TY

I love watching your grandkids! I have a couple of hints if you want. In the early 90s I had a stand in my local beauty shop to sell all sorts of baked goods. Like you, I can't talk and measure at the same time & I also had a toddler who sidetracked me very effectively. I finally started to measure all ingredients and set them out before starting so I knew what I'd added & what I hadn't. That works perfectly. I still do that or set ingredients like soda, salt or the like out and put them away after adding to keep track & clean up as I go. I want to try your brownies but think I better cut the recipe in half to make mixing easier. I don't have a mixer & have arthritis in my hands. Hopefully I can mix them okay that way.

To save smaller amounts of broth, I use individual yogurt cups. I also use them to freeze ice "cubes". My ice maker isn't working and I don't want to pay a repairman. I don't mind doing this as it's just hubby and me...and we are old and cheap...I mean frugal!

Good Morning Renea. I saw this yesterday and thought, maybe use a silicone baking pan (mini muffins or mini loaf pans) and then you can reuse them over and over and they are even smaller :) Save your cups :) HA, you measure JUST LIKE I DO (cheese) lol Your grandkids are beautiful

I’ve been making the chicken dressing for over 20 years. It used to be printed on the back of the box. Gotta loved it! The potato one you made I do without milk and the chicken as a side dish and we call it Party Potatoes. I got that recipe from a friend. I am so lovin your channel.

Oh my, I really enjoyed this video! The frozen broth hack is wonderful and I will use that for sure! I enjoyed seeing the kids and watching Mr Wayna hang over the sink and lick the beater. Haha. Definitely going to try the peanut butter swirl in the brownies. Wanted to mention as I was looking at your large mixer; when I made your rolls at Easter, decided to double the recipe because I was expecting a crowd. Well, it didn’t go well in my kitchen aid stand mixer. It was like a scene from that old movie, “The Blob” and as it was mixing it climbed up the dough hook and started trying to engulf the underside of the mixer! 😂It took some work to separate the dough and do them separately but I got it done. Just a word of warning to our friends: if you have a regular kitchen aid stand mixer, don’t double the recipe!😉

Readers, I only wish I could cook 1/2 as good as you do. I absolutely love everything you cook. I’m thinking about making this for hubby and I and dividing into 4’s and freezing. Then we could take one out for our dinner. A small salad along sis any of these would be great for the 2 of us. Same with the brownies, I could freeze 2 at a time and have desserts anytime we wanted. I’m going to make both of these and we will have food for awhile.

When my mom used to make cookies and freeze them I would seek some she thought my brother was the one seeking them instead of me, she didnt find out till later in life. She got a kick out of it.
