Hi Susannah, thanks for the update, I love your videos and the recipes and I will definitely be ordering a recipe book! Just a quick question - I have an old Ninja foodi, the OP300UK model and it does not have the same pressure cooker settings such as Natural Release. I am trying to perfect rice like you do. If you use a Natural Release method in your recipe, should I just leave the Ninja on the Keep Warm setting for the same amount of time instead? Is this essentially the same thing? Hope that makes sense, thank you! :)

Hi, no I don’t believe it will work the same. What release does it do? Is it just a fast quick release?
