Oh darling, you are an amazing gift. I hope you understand what I mean. I was a foster kid, so I know how important I mom is, I was also a foster mom, so I know that feeling of joy and pain. I lost my hubby as you know in Aug 23. So I know her pain. You doing this is such a wonderful friend and support. This was so fun to see you make meals in “real time”! A tip to make pasta sauce from a jar easier - after you dump it all out put a little bit of water in the jar. Put the lid back on it and shake it. My mom taught me that over 40 years ago :) it also gets whatever sauce is stuck on the lid :-)

I was just thinking of you today when I started my second load in the dishwasher. I made 28 chicken freezer meals for my husband and I this morning. Tomorrow I will prep beef. I just sat down to prop my feet up and watch a little KZbin and there was your smiling face ❤ Now I want to go to Costco for tortellini and meatballs 😂

I cook my ground beef in my crock pot. - you could also use a roaster oven

What a wonderful gift for your friend and her family. I will be adding them to my prayer list. If possible I would like to see how much the shopping was to do the 28 meals, as I think that would be helpful to see what cost a month of dinners would be.
