Hey, pretty lady! This meal looks so delicious and I love the addition of mushrooms! I think it would also be great served over some homestyle mashed potatoes (like some baby reds mashed with skins on) or some polenta. My husband is Ghanaian and we eat a lot of West African soups and stews over cooked cornmeal, which is polenta. Thanks for sharing another great meal and I love how Joey always helps you out in the kitchen and with groceries and running errands; y'all make a fantastic team! ❤

Looks yummy. Fill the pot with water and dish soap, put it on the burner till the water is hot. Let it cool, it should wipe clean easily.
