Fianally had Waakye and tomato stew, a few weeks ago at a New Ghanaian restaurant . The flavor was so amazing and exceeded my expectations , i also had croaker fish which was new to me as well. The heat of the spice was too hot for me so I will probably have to make it myself.

You can take the oil off and save it for other purposes after the stew is done. The oil helps the stew to cook faster.
