Hi Lulu! I enjoyed watching you cook an entire meal inside your van. I have a 3 qt instant pot too, love it! For what it's worth, I read it doesn't matter how much you put in it, you should still use the same time. 4 eggs takes as long as 8 eggs, 1/4# of beans takes as long as a half # of beans, etc. I haven't tried potatoes yet. My favorite 2 meals are chicken, yellow potatoes, broccoli, and carrots. As well as chicken and rice with lemon pepper, broccoli, and carrots. So yummy! Thank you for your videos and your eating plan. I'm down 10# in a month and feeling so much better. I bought a minivan on Dec 4th. I'll be converting and ready to use by spring. I really enjoyed watching you build out your van and tweaking it. I've learned so much. I appreciate you! I wish you continued safe travels. ❤

I’m wondering what the cooking steam will eventually do to the fabric on your ceiling above your stove. Maybe a paper-towel roll mounted above your stove would absorb the moisture.

the maxxair fan is so close by and always open, the steam just goes up and out. any that gets on my ceiling, I'll worry about that when/if it damages the fabric, so far, so good!!

The commitment to your food prep is commendable and it obviously works. I used a similar diet when I lost 30lbs. However, I never weighed my food and that probably held me back. I’m going to take the extra step and weigh what I eat. Eliminating the guessing of portion sizes. Hi, Lulu, have a happy, healthy, enjoyable and safe 2024❣ So far I never found these sweet potatoes, only the orange ones, but I like them, too… That was pure Camperlife : we had the same issues during our tent holidays: no sink… we only used toilet paper 🧻 and water 💦 to clean everything. Simple life in nature needs a lot of compromises like plastic bags, gloves, power banks or electricity from time to time…you really improved your van life thoughtfully ! Actually potatoes last much longer when left unwashed. So you did the right thing. Maybe spray them with vinegar water before using?

Geeez I’ve missed you! Been busy the last month and have not seen your lastest videos ….finally on holiday so viewing the videos from 3 weeks ago. I realise I need to watch you weekly or I get off track..l I start to forget to focus on myself , health, dreams ….i start to worry more and focus on others. Xx

I am enjoying the larger pillows, but I miss the fun big dot pillow cases!! they were kinda my signature pattern in here that just made it all work better. I am on a mission to find those pillow cases in a larger size!!!
