Cooking A Northeastern Pork Meal Without Oil | Haflong, Assam Vlog | Chugli TV | Vishal Langthasa

I visited my home town, Haflong (in Assam) a month back and I cooked a zero oil pork meal. A lot of Northeastern dishes are made without oil, which is a great characteristic of our cuisine. This time I made pork with bamboo shoot, boiled daal and banana flower chutney which are all my favourite dishes. In the vlog you will also see a glimpse of the weekly Saturday Market day of Haflong.
