That meal looked incredible! I would love to see Andy teach Katelyn in some future videos; that would be a lot of fun. I really enjoyed this week’s video on the main channel and think it would be cool to have that be a recurring theme. You guys weren’t kidding about the flies - I could see them flying in the background and give you major props for even cooking outside with all of them buzzing around!

Looks amazing guys! As an Aussie, living in London, I'm so jealous seeing you drift into summer weather and cooking as we descend into winter. I'm glad to live vicariously through this video 🔥

Great video guys! Food looked amazing 😋 Re the Mint taking over - the thing is it spreads horizontally and one single mint plant can become a blanket of mint over a very large area. Couple of ways to prevent this - plant it in a separate pot, or if you want to plant it in a raised bed (or in a ground level bed) cut the bottom out of a large durable pot, bury this in the soil with a couple of inches proud of the surface. Herbs in general, plant them however you want, but as close to your kitchen as possible, so then even if the weather is pants you only need to pop outside briefly to grab some. For cooking fish on the BBQ, a good quality stainless steel BBQ Fish Basket is a good investment, as you can cook all sort of fish including delicate fillets of fish, or smaller things. Easy to clean to, just soak it overnight in water with a good squeeze of washing up liquid (or dish soap or whatever you call it from where you are in the world), then the next day any burnt on reside will slide off with the minimal amount of harsh scrubbing. This also works brilliantly for any style of mesh BBQ grill plate ( not cast iron or it'll rust), but you do need a large enough container to fit it in, I use a big shallow plastic tray, which is marketed as a "gravel tray" for gardening. Videos of teaching teaching Katelyn to cook is a great idea, would love to see these! Peace and ❤

Hi Andy. If you want to stop mint spreading in your herb garden, plant it in a pot and then bury that pot in the garden. No more invasive mint.👌

My new Sunday tradition is to make a meal and then sit down and watch your Sunday episode. Always such a chill vibe! Real question: the idea of an outdoor smoker and wood/coal cooking setup seems amazing, but once the initial allure wears off, how often will you use it outside of special occasions and for making videos? Seems like a lot of work to get up to temp for a rando weeknight meal.

looks yummy. for the overtaking mint, maybe consider a bucket, cut off the bottom, plant it in the bed and have the mint in there, so it is a bit confined and does not shoot its roots everywhere. flies are a constant nuissance and those sticky flytraps end up catching stuff that should not be caught.

Again, I do enjoy the shorts. But I LOVE the long form content. As a culinary college grad who’s worked in kitchens; I vastly enjoy the more detailed descriptions of “What Andy is actually doing” and it’s done naturally and not “KZbiny”. (Yall know what I mean) Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy people like Weissman, Babish, Mythical Kitchen. But I love the “cooking in real time”

Hey Chef, my name is Don. Thank you so much for this channel. I enjoy the feeling of sitting on the other side of the counter from you two. I have a question: I've seen you talk about pans, utensils, and knives. I was wondering if you could do a short video on key oven and range features someone shouldn't overlook when purchasing new ones. We are in the process of remodeling the kitchen and we have been using the same gas stove for 30+ years. I watched the last video with rigatoni and the pan almost fell off the burner and you mention using your air forced oven in some videos. We're open to your suggestions on either gas or electric. Thank you in advance, we appreciate you guys and your time in making these videos.

The summer flies are here early and I’m not happy. All the windows open and as soon as I start cooking I’m trying to heard them out like cats. One thing I don’t think Andy has ever cooked is a classic seafood spaghetti/linguine. Would love to see how he does it
@padders10683 ай бұрын
Yes I hate pesky flies to 😡 You can buy mesh fly screens made to order to suit the size of your windows, or if you're a semi competent DIYer (or know some who is) they can be hand made, from wood and you can buy the mesh off the internet. Also for open doors you can get chain link fly screens that keep 99% of the annoying little things out. My bungalow is like an anti fly fortress. Also I have a battery powered fly bat, that electrocutes any that make it past my defences 😈 Hope that helps 🙂

Pretty much every registered aircraft needs a transponder to shout out their ID and most will also have an ADS-B transceiver, which will give the tracker websites their position. Even some military utility aircraft like cargo haulers. Feds and police can organise to have their feeds scrubbed from public displays.
