First of all you’re enjoying time with your boyfriend’s family and calling them in-laws that’s a big big thing. In India many daughter in laws don’t like hanging out with her in-laws and they don’t either. They do it because they have to. You’re doing this at your own will and enjoying it!! Secondly, you’re trying to learn about them and implementing it on an other level- learning new language, learning how to cook their dishes, etc etc. You’re so much better than traditional daughter in laws in so many ways.
