Urap + pepes my favorite...🤤 . eat it in the rice fields., very peaceful. rice cooked using a microwave and using firewood., tastes much better using firewood.very natural.

OK, this comment is in 2 parts because Alona wishes to make an observation regarding this herself!! So here it goes from Michael: For the choices, you picked one that looks like it is amazing. We found a local store here that has, I think most of the ingredients to pull this one off. As for the knives, I already have them, they were purchased back in Ukraine because I found a deal on them and had always wanted them. So, as usual, the best part is your expression when you tasted the food which was convincing enough for me to go with it. I will let you know how it goes. Here is Alona: OK, Alina thanks for allowing my 2 cents worth, but a world of wealth when we let the cooking be done by the man on an open fire. Under NO circumstances do you ever interrupt during the process or question him why he is doing something that requires correctness in following a way to cook it. I speak from experience so trust me about that, ))))))) You got to experience something that is very precious to you, and you did very well. Stay safe for us as well as yourself. There are many snorkeling and diving spots in the Philippines… you just have to know where exactly in palawan if it’s island of Palawan you want ..but there are more other island famous for diving like malapascua for thresher shark or even better TUBBATAHA a natural park …✌🏻🇫🇷

I think, most indonesian barely use onion but shallots in our cooking. We might have mentioned onion when we explain our food/dish. But its simply mistranslation. Like, i dont remember when my english teacher from high school mentioned shallots o,O (well, bali is exception tho). We learn american english at school. And american barely used shallots, but onion. So, probably we ve been thinking that the translation of our shallots was onion.
