Granulated sugar, the same weight as egg white, 37g
The same weight as powdered sugar egg white 37g
Almond poodle 32g
Cocoa 5g
○ Pavé chocolate
Meiji Black Chocolate 1 piece (50g)
1 piece of Meiji milk chocolate (50g)
Fresh cream 100 ml
2/3 teaspoon rum (if you like)
It ’s delicious if you let it sit for a day after it ’s completed.
