Apparently some viewers seem to forget the everyday mom has to get stuff done and her having baby on her chest is no different than a mom holding the baby in her arms while she cooks dinner, folds laundry, washes dishes, etc. my daughter is 10.5 and never went into daycare. Brought her with me or I didn’t do it. People have to get stuff done hello!

Thank you for being such a wonderful influence to me and so many others! Since I started watching your videos a few months ago, I have been canning up some potatoes, milk, pasta sauce, broth, meat, dehydrating garlic/onions, and grinding my own pepper. Just being able to dump and go has been such a blessing! Now when I use up 8+ jars in a sitting for a meal, I see them in the dishwasher and think of you when you say how you get happy because of all the hard work being worth it. Especially with a baby! Hi Becky, consider getting a digital kitchen scale. They come in so handy for many situations such as creating equal portions so things like your hamburger buns will bake evenly and everyone gets equal portions! Great shows! Can't believe how you've just slid into motherhood so gracefully without it apparently interfering with your KZbin channel. You're really quite amazing!

Becky fans help me out? Who else can I watch that does good hearty cooking. I love watching Becky so much that I don't really watch the other youtubers I used to like anymore. I've tried three rivers and she seems really sweet, she just doesn't cook much that I fancy eating 🙊 Also gave jamerril a try but I watched her cooking for an hour and didn't see a single meal assembled so that didn't really float my boat either. Six sisters and other instant pot freezer prep types often seem to just throw loads of canned goods into freezer bags to then get thrown into the instant pot. Basically I haven't found anyone cooking real food and sharing it the way Becky does. Is there anyone remotely comparable? x

I love having dinner in my freezer. When I am out of buns I switch dinner to patty melts and used toasted 🍞. The other day my husband wanted salsa and chips and chips were stale. 😆 I told him no worries and popped them in the oven for a few minutes and he had crispy hot fresh tortilla chips. Never a dull moment. Congratulations on the baby and learning to juggle both jobs. 💕

How fun that this is your second KZbin anniversary video. I went and checked for your link to your first video. I didn’t see it here, but went back to the beginning of your uploaded videos. It’s amazing to see how many you have filmed over the last two years. It was fun to see how you started out. I’ve been watching for more than a year, but hadn’t started at the beginning. It was fun to actually see a couple of videos with your hair down, which I have never seen before. It’s like doing a little rewind back to the beginning and seeing how much you and Josh have accomplished all these last two years. What a great video record everything you’ve done. Had to stop the video before the tomato sauce experiment, just getting back to it: I think your additions are what made this a viable recipe. If you just do the block of feta + tomatoes + salt + oil (some versions don't add any spice til after you cook it, or at all), it's bland and just seems like a gimmick. The recipe I followed had you break up the tomatoes and the feta in the cooking dish, so you got a saucier sauce. I was very disappointed, because I used some really good grape tomatoes (of course I sampled!) but honestly, I could have whipped this up in a skillet in half the time. I make "squished tomatoes" sauce for sausage skillet all the time.

I just remembered that if you want to keep lettuce fresh for a long time in the fridge you put it in a bowl and cover it with water. I've kept romaine for close to a month, just change the water every few days, for next year's challenge. Really enjoy your content. I have started making hamburger buns now instead of buying them at the store. Love them. One thing I did last time that I saw on Whippoorwill Holler was she had a bread pan with water in the oven while they cooked, and it really did seem to help them stay softer. Not sure why that works, but maybe try that next time. We love teriyaki chicken, but I've never fixed it with chicken thighs. I will have to try that next time.

I use leftover crackers of any flavour or variety, corn chips, sometimes I mix with breadcrumbs. I just blitz and coat my chicken. Taste great.
