Ah Pa I usually steam it n keep for Chinese New year so that when I want to eat I just deep fried it. But if I fried now I have to eat it now. So which one is better. Please reply

The ones that i dun eat immediately, after i wrapped, i kept in freezer. When i want to eat it, then only i took out and defrost and fry.
