I just got the new ninja Woodfire grill. Would it be the same for that ? And what wood pellets would I use for it. It came with all purpose blend Which is balanced mild bright and sweet, Other one is robots blend robots smokey and rich which 1 would you recommend. I can't wait to try it this looks absolutely amazing so it's only to be used outdoors but it still has the features of grill smoker ,air Crisp ,bake, roast broil and dehydrate
@CookingWithCJ2 жыл бұрын
Hi! I would use the robust blend on the big roasts.

Looks like the meat was tough to cut even with that sharp butcher knife, I think I would’ve cooked it at a lower setting the grill could be set to I think it’s 225 until the meat reached internal temperature of 110 and then finished it off at 325 degrees until it reached the internal temperature of 130.

Dude. I’m literally going to the store in one hour to buy a small prime rib for the Super Bowl, because of this video. I’ve got the XL grill, and. probably go with rare then cook it in aus Jus to bring it up to medium rare.
@christianefletcher10424 жыл бұрын
Roast looks great . If you take the bone off would you fit 2 roast in the grill ? Or is it a no no to take the bone out of a great piece of meat like that ?
@CookingWithCJ4 жыл бұрын
Yeah I prefer the bone on. I think it adds to the flavor and I like eating the bits of meat off it when I’m done cooking. But I do think you could fit two in there if you cut the bones off.
