That epis look bomb I know it taste good you make cooking Haitian food look so easy but I’m still struggling even in my 30s I’m embarrassed to say but it’s true.I wish I watched my mom when I was growing up 😢

I agree with you. She makes it look sooooooo easy. I’m Haitian and I’m in my 40’s and struggle as well. My mother passed away a couple years ago and I regret that I didn’t sit there and learn how to make Haitian food from her. So the next best thing is to learn from watching KZbin videos and this is by far the best video out there. Hands down

Sofrito uses cilantro instead of parsley I'm curious to try this 😂 also we usually don't put bullion cubes nor sazon we add that later to the food and just use veggies for the Sofrito

I'm white. I've never used epis. I do NOT care if I have a large batch of epis in my fridge. Girl, if I like it, I'll use it on my Thanksgiving turkey. 😃
@sheshell8165 Жыл бұрын
Your turkey will be delicious. If you use epis in conjunction with the Tony Chacere's injectable butter marinade you'll be licking the bone. Let it marinade for about 2 days. I fry mine every year. I get requests to make it for several people. I put my turkey in the 2 1/2 gallon size zippered bag.
