Ur friends are Fiiiine....u have inspired me to eat better and I have been cooking vegan food for two month. I had meat three times. I really think u took vegan food to a soul level. Nothing I cook is bad and I feel so good after I eat like I did before. I feel light and I knw I'm eating healthy. Thank you so so much. Also I'm allergic to the yeast ( nutrients rich). I like your videos. I'm not really a Vegan at this time yet maybe you can call me an selective Vegan. 😊 pretty much cut out pork, hand really slowed down on red meat. Keep the videos coming. Your channel is honestly life changing. I recently underwent weight loss surgery after being obese for my entire life since childhood. The change in my digestive system means I am unable to eat the foods - meats, dairy etc like I used to and tbh I am glad. Ex: A man cries and everyone laughs at him or invalidates him because "crying is just for women" or people say a man is gay for painting their nails, dancing and things that are usually asociated with women.

YES! Finally!! I was vegan for 2 years eating every other cultures food cause they were the ones I learnt from on KZbin (which is cool and I appreciate it)but nothing competes with our African Carribbean ting! So it's great to see more vids on how to mix the both. I know Ethiopians have veg food my my taste buds feel like their flavours are different to the west African flavours. Thanks for the vid!

i remember reading a booklet aimed at the Bangladeshi community which explained why they needed to modify their traditional cuisine in UK to avoid diabetes: the climate you are in actually strongly affects how you process food, you need completely different levels of salt, fat and sugar in hot and cold climates. It was fascinating, but unfortunately i've forgotten it all. It was medical and written by the NHS, it wasn't some 'if you eat garlic it cures cancer' facebook rubbish.
