Awwwwwww Mrs. Ria, you're soooooooooooo sweet and kind. Your words bring tears to my eyes because people don't realise that cooking is an expression of love. My mum and I were talking about when we were growing up yesterday. Man i grated so much coconut as a child, even cutting my finger. So much fun memories around food and games. I love me some coconut bake, I'm going to do that too. I bought and seasoned my pork yesterday fresh from the butcher's. Thank you for your love and keep safe please. Have a great weekend, sending you lots of love from England 🙏🏽❤🙏🏽

It is indeed an expression of love, as moms even though we are feeling sick we are still moved to go and make something for the family to eat. It is truly a labour of love!

Ria I want to thank you sooo much for this vlog, today it seems like people have forgotten how to make REAL coconut bake (aka pot bake) I don't like oven bake to me it's bread (same texture) pot bake is it....that is real bake....thank you for reminding us what real bake is. 👍🏾❤️😊 Plus real bake taste better after a day or two...if it last that long.🤭🤭 The only thing I can't recall seeing you do was yes it with the fork, something my mom and dad always did.

I love cooking with Ria and even though I love traditional styles I must say @ 3 minutes I fear I would have my hand in a bandage on the way to E&A so thinking ahead I would bandage my hand holding the coconut in advance...so no E & A. I agree there are times when I’me in the mood for messy cooking when I have a house full of enthusiastic, cultures grandchildren as helpers planning to invite their friends for a meal.🙃😜😔🤙🏿
