Every family is different, not all prefer that model of life, if you go back to the islands it’s common for families to stick together. Many have gladly kept that same dynamic here in AUS, NZ, US.

Why would they move out the house is big enough to accommodate them all! It’s a blessing for Emile and his wife to have his parents stay with them do you think they would move cross country if he wanted his space? It’s very common for us older kids to live and support our parents whilst they are on this earth I wish I could do this with my parents what a blessings to share a meal every night with parents and siblings. This family is beautiful, humble and everything about them reminds me of my childhood didn’t have much but always happy. Emile your blessings don’t come in person but it does come so keep up The good work look after your family, your parents and your siblings your first schooling is your aiga everything else will follow. these days families stick together. i would be happy for my kids to want to still live at home when they’re adults friends come and go but your immediate family will always be there til the end. Who’s to say emile and his wife don’t love being under the same roof as his parents/siblings, they do everything together and a family that prays together is a family that has been together forever and is always there for each other . Once parents are gone (god forbid) the kids know that they have done right things in life by serving their parents wholeheartedly. But in all honesty don’t project your issues on this family as they have being doing it all together under the one roof in a small apartment before moving into a bigger space that accommodates to all of them
