Pistachio cake is literally my favorite I make it for birthdays and anniversaries. I forgot about Saint Patrick's day, though 0_0; thank you for giving me another excuse to make it! I love how yours looks with the bundt pan 😍

Pistachio anything has always been a favorite of mine... thought trying to make a cake would be so hard till I came across your recipe... Followed it along with a buttercream pistachio frosting and it was a major hit! Everyone loved it! Can't wait to make it again! So easy to follow! btw... I added an extra egg and a teaspoon of almond extract and it enhanced the flavor and moisture :)
