I baked it last week for my colleagues, it was amazing, very fluffy and frosting was delicious. I used two 10-inc pan I instead and added 300 gram pistachio instead os 175, and the result was unbelievable. Many thanks for your great recipe.

Yes, the recipe made 2 dozen using regular size cupcake cups and baked at 350. Also check them at about the 15 minute mark but mine took about 20 minutes

Just tried this recipe, it is AMAZING! The nutty flavor comes through beautifully, rich but not too sweet. It's the cake version of pistachio ice cream... My only issue following your steps was with the cold cream cheese that was difficult to incorporate so I overmixed that part...

Hey! Great recipe! Unpopular opinion but I think 50 grams of spinach that is pureed into a paste can be added to the cake batter. This way it becomes naturally green and it adds extra moisture🥰

Terrific tutorial! I'm going to do this recipe for my husband's 🎂 however I'll substitute marscapone for the cream cheese, use less butter and add whip cream. Your cake recipe seems perfect as is. Garnish needs a bit of chocolate which I'll figure out. Thanks again for sharing your recipe.

Which part did you find too sweet. The cake itself or the frosting? I love a good cream cheese frosting but most times I make a SMBC for my cakes/cupcakes. It's far less sweet and pairs well with every flavor of cake I've made so far. Another thing I did when making a Pistachio cake was making a raspberry jam (seeds out, lol) and I also added a layer of homemade Pistachio paste. It was so good...

Just tried this recipe and it was amazing. I’m not sure why but my batter curdled when I added buttermilk and I was terrified. But I added the dry mixture and folded it in and it turned out ok so a big relief there.

I make pistachio cake for my husband’s birthday every year in August. I’ve almost had to make my own recipe cause there’s not many online that are truly from scratch. Most use American sweet pudding mix which taste artificial. I know yours will be 🔥 my family loves your confetti and vanilla cake so much. 🎉
