300g of all purpose flour
500g potatoes
50g peas
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon ajwain seeds
1 tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon fennel powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder (mild or hot)
1 tablespoon of mango powder (or lemon juice)
a few chopped fresh coriander leaves
some water
