Hi, Fyodor! I remember stumbling upon your channel a long time ago, but I just recently retrieved it, so to speak. I've begun a more serious attempt at learning Russian as of lately. I love your very informative videos! I have a suggestion for a video: a review of Lingvist, an website/app where you can learn four languages: Russian, Spanish, French and German. I'm of course speaking in the context of Russian here. I've been using it, and I've found its vocabulary sessions with spaced repetition, which the whole app is based around, very helpful :))
@olgierdvoneverec41355 жыл бұрын
hey, wish you the best on learning Russian, remember it takes dedication so dont give up, also remember no app is complete, they are good on learning vocabulary but you will never archive fluency or mastery on them, this is true on any app so remember to complete them with other mediums.

@@olgierdvoneverec4135 Thank you for your encouragement! I'm well aware of that, because of which I will enroll in a Russian course at my school next semester. Lingvist has an alright overview over basic Russian grammar, but it's by no means comprehensive as a total guide

I learned Blin from Life Of Boris, it means pancake if im not wrong and is used as damn? And blyat, almost everyone that has been on the internet the last 10 years knows blyat
@artyomiv5 жыл бұрын
Yep, it is. In fact that's how we use it - instead of telling really bad (and in most cases banned) word 'blyat' we tell another existing word that sounds similar. No semantic relations - just replacement. I guess it's close to 'hell' and 'heck' in English - 'heck' is replacement for 'hell' which for a long time was a seriously curse word in English-speaking countries.

Прошу прощения за выражения, но есть только одно правильное написание слова блядь - блядь. Писать "блять" это как кофе среднего рода - низкий штиль и маркёр социального статуса ниже плинтуса.

@@BeFluentinRussian и написание и произношение могут быть разными, но не все верными. Очень легко дойти от обучения людей "блять" до "звОнить". И словари обсценной лексики существуют, да.
