We are a retired Texas couple in our 60's. We travel in our 2000 E 350 24' Class C about 75% of the time. I have an oven! I love it and could not imagine boondocking without it. When I make pancakes, I pop them all in the oven on warm, and I can have everything ready at once. Also, great for any dish that you normally bake. It cooks super evenly for cakes, muffins and cookies. We have avoided getting a newer RV because we couldn't find one with the features in this Overlander. As soon as the Canadian border opens, we will be coming to that RV dealer to see about purchasing one.

Hey there! We'd believe it, that oven would be so useful during RV living. You really don't see that many. So many more options and propane is so easy to use. Certainly a nice rig with all the boxes checked AND it looks super nice! Thanks for watching, glad you liked it!😁🍁

This is such a cool option! Not quite enough space for us, but a great option for a couple with maybe a single dog and no kiddos. We went with a Travel Trailer for that additional option to unhitch and drive off. Definitely a gas saver with the current gas prices when just driving around. Also provides the option to leave our two pups in the AC hooked up to Electricity and not having to keep them with us limiting our exploration options.
@LukeandAlysha2 жыл бұрын

Hi guys, this is exactly what I am looking for but I’d like one under 30 feet. Maybe 23 to 25 feet which is what got me looking at the truck campers. I love the 4X4 feature of this RV and its height. I hope you have a great little trip and enjoy this class C overlander and come back with a positive review. Stay safe guys. Cheers!!!
@LukeandAlysha4 жыл бұрын
Hey Frank, thanks! I always loved, and still do enjoy the length of our own Class C being in that range. That being said the 30 foot drove great and I even had to get diesel for it in the urban area and it was fine. So if we were doing more rural traveling it may be worth the little extra length if you wanted more inside space or features ever. Both work great, but it was easier than I expected! Happy planning, cheers 😁🍁

Great job for a first time RV tour type video for Fraserway. You should set a link to all of the details on the RV through Fraserway so we can all check up on the specifics like the solar, gas mileage and whether or not it has lithium ion etc... We can all then click on your links creating traffic to the Fraserway site prompting them to let you borrow more of their RVs :). Can't wait to see this thing in action in your next vid! Be safe!

Good video, guys! I wonder why they didn't go with a diesel generator? It would seem to make more sense. I also wonder how many trails this can really go given it's length and limited ground clearance. I know they have a higher model with lift and bigger tires.

I like the layout but it doesn't have a lot of ground clearance. I have a 4X4 van with extended length and I have the same problem. I installed airbags on the rear so that helps a little. Airbags would be a great addition to this RV.

I'm not sure if you know this yet, but that big "Skylight over the bed" is actually an escape hatch in case of fire, when you're sleeping over the cab...
@husseinn.38513 жыл бұрын
Nice thing about this RV , is there are three windows in the sleeping area that you can make it out of if necessary, one dedicated, the upper hatch , and the small window on the passenger side is large enough for a 6 foot 180 lbs person to shimmy thru. I love it , I'm always more afraid of weirdos trying to enter the camper when I'm stealth camping and people believe the campers unattended and try to make entry , than I am of the RV tipping over or catching on fire at night .

Thanks for showing this RV. I was ready to love it with that pass through to the cab, but that second bed was not well thought out. I really like it. It would be good for you with the extra seats in the cab. The only thing I don’t like is the controls on the front of the stove where kids can reach them or bump them. We had our propane turned on by accident when one of the kids’ friends was leaning against it. (In our TT.) Our new 2021 ALP 23RB has the burners and the controls on top, underneath a glass cover. I love that. Anyways you will have to watch those controls with kids. Does the couch become a bed too? Other than that it is quite perfect for you guys. And I imagine plenty of power to tow a little car if you are going for a long stay. Also a quiet cab sounds sweet. Ours (like yours) is so noisy. Looking forward to seeing what else you check out.
@LukeandAlysha4 жыл бұрын
Good point on stove dials! Unlikely we'll get to use it long term anyway but it sure was a fun weekend experience. I don't believe the couch became a bed just the dinette lowering down as well. I think the top bunk would be too close to the sofa. Could be wrong though! Cheers 🙂🍁

Hey guys curious how it drove compared to your 23’? Was it too big to navigate and park?
@LukeandAlysha3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! It drove really smooth and was easy going down the road, just keep moving forward and it feels the same. Was easy to back up as well, just have to bear in mind it swings wider with the extra length for sharper corners. The only thing that I found really different other than expecting a large swing and bigger space, is the side mirrors felt a lot different looking back such a long rig rather than ours seeing the rear closer. I imagine if we had one that size and used it after a week it would feel similar though. Cheers!🙂🍁
