So exploiting the D2R economy is basically 5 easy steps: 1) Find a useful high-rune on the first day of ladder. 2) Find the perfect armor for your character. 3) Find the perfect weapon for your character. 4) Find the perfect helmet for your character. 5) Use these very rare drops to find stuff you can convert into wealth. You could also make a great casino video: Go to Vegas: Put everything on #7 five times in a row. When #7 comes out all 5 times: go home and enjoy.

That druid pelt with +3 to Volcano AND Armageddon alone is 2 skill points better than any Druid pelt I've ever found on SP -- and I recently made a Last Wish and a Phoenix, so even excluding LK, I've found *a lot* of Jahs and Bers in my time playing. But your luck is just extraordinary. Your "strategy" can't just be replicated bro. You just got insanely lucky. 5 days of even the most efficient farming online after reset can yield anywhere from 0 to a few HRs -- it's just RNG, not really a strategy at all. I haven't even found a single Griffon's in many hundreds of hours of efficient farming.

Terrorized zones really helps you get items that would be normally be more difficult to find as it require you to play in harder Acts, Case in point, terrorized Pits vs WSK w/ lost souls.

I didnt play last ladder, but this ladder I played fb meteor sorc, I also made quite a few thousand early on farming stony tombs with stealth lore spirit sword etc the classic stuff you get early on, as time went on and got 3k from a Ber, I bought full 5 piece tals and this build became even stronger and more efficient in non fire immune areas and so easy to farm p8 in baal games. I played to much but after going back to mfing wich havent done in a long time alongside gf barb is very addictive, esp early ladder when a market for items exist.

Well we saw this on the launch of the game (and a little in season 1). HRs maintained value (at least initially) for weeks or even months. But in recent seasons with botting becoming rampant, that doesn't happen.

Great video as always. My strategy was to just get to hell and farm hkeys for a couple days. Never geared my char, no merc just lots of pots with a bliz sorc. Made ~2.5k from it then went back to NL

Great video, I had a similar experience so far and the hardest thing was letting go of a few high runes that would normally collect dust until the end of the season or even finding a 4os flail that someone else wanted to turn into a hoto day one at an inflated price. It's great to see d2r streamers and community members introducing jsp (or other trading platforms) to the masses (I personally didn't hear or dive into jsp until season 3 of d2r since I mostly played solo since LOD). Choosing jsp or other trading platforms in addition to in game trading has made the game more enjoyable form me and it feels like a race against the bots in some ways.

3 volcano 3 armageddon pelts, last ladder were going later on for 10-15 jahs, thats actually way more rare than Griffons or Lo rune. Nice finds overall. I got a Ber and a Zod once into hell farming countess , terrorized. Which was crazy got some other cool drops traded for Jah had enigma. On hammerdin finished hell and farm chaos for a buncha fat loot , Lo rune , Ohm , and Vex. Rolled my hoto , and my CtA they were shit but I basically had it all earned with in a week as I work as well.

Nice explained man.This is the way to go. Just sell everything to hit first week 1000-2000 fg then wait 1 week and buy your dream gear. I started ladder with Barb because i wanted a challenge. 😂 Day 1-2 i could only farm countress until i could make oath for travi farm and sold all my gems for gear like dwarf star etc. I was so tilted because nothing dropped and i wanted quit. After i could finally farm travi, i did 168 runs and Jah dropped. Then i sold lucky my anni for ber from the second dclone walk because the first one i couldnt kill him and anni was rare. Then i made enigma and did 12 runs and found ber. 😂😂😂 I sold it for fg and bought 3 Lo and made Grief, get a good torch anni. Next day my first travi run was arreats then second game 3/3 light rbf and my 6th run Soj. 😂😂 When you are lucky in this Game then it really hit hard. My Friend found the same day Ber on the Way to Countress and my other Friend horked Sur too when i horked jah and ber at one day. 😂😂 All at the same day. Its freakin crazy...

What a coincidence! Yesterday I also made an ES Nova Sorceress with self-wielding Infinity in a Scythe. Rolled -55% and also used non-eth to utilize these sexy Cyclone Armor charges! Damn! All I have to do now is put an Um rune in my Viper Mage and find some li res sc's! The nova Sorc is back!

Yes. There's a full community of people that offer CRush (Classic Rush) Services. Beat the whole game through hell on Classic, then convert to Expansion in Hell. Then you have at least two ancients quests you can even save to get massive Experience at high levels when exp grind slows down

...would receommend a Classic Playthrough to be done with a team though like Coooley did. It's not a great solo playthrough since no runewords, jewels, charms, Elite base items, etc. It can be done, but is much more difficult solo.
