We have camped there a few times, once with our tent and twice with our RV. It is close to home. We enjoy camping there. It is very clean, nice size sites and the camp store is one of the better ones in we have visited. We really like going to Sulfur Springs Down town area. We were very surprised. My husband and I both went to ETSU in Commerce but never went to Sulfur Springs town square. It has a very nice town square with very nice restaurants and shops. They also have a wonderful veterans memorial with 6 walls displaying the name of veterans who have lived or currently live in Hopkins County. It is one of the nicer ones we have seen. We enjoy your state park reviews. Thanks.

Hey guys been watching your videos for some time now really enjoy, can't wait to go full time. Retirement is about a little over a year, Kind of have the same story you do. Just sold our business still need to sell home and all the toys. Amazing how much stuff you accumulate in 30 years I'm sure getting rid of a lot of stuff is gonna be hard but can't wait to live the lifestyle. Watching your videos just encourages Us that much more Thanks for the great videos very informative, Hope to cross paths someday And meet you folks Safe travels Ron and Lisa

Hey Ron and Lisa! Thanks so much for being a part of our community! Congrats on selling your business and best of luck as you begin your downsizing. It can definitely be challenging, but keep your eyes on the prize. Once its done, you will feel so much lighter! We honestly don't miss any of the stuff that we no longer own. One tip that I'm not sure we've covered in video, remember that your RV will be your home 365 days/year. Especially when it comes to kitchen tools, gadgets and cookware... take what you need to support the type of cooking you enjoy. We downsized too much in the kitchen and have added a few things back over the years. Keep us posted on your journey! We look forward to seeing y'all out here.

Great seeing the Breeze and old jeep again! Looks like an amazing park! BTW...we're betting the mystery animal was actually the infamous "Texas Chupacabra!!" Watchout for those road apples! 😂

😂Chupacabra 🤣 Definite possibility. It's a great park. Put it on your list to visit.

The Cooper Lake State Parks were 2 of my favorite parks to camp at. People would ask me why I went that was it was so close to Wolfe City where I lived and I would replay "That is why." I was off on Fridays and would go after my kids got to school and get my site. I would then drive back after they got off school or more frequently my parents would bring them over and we'd have dinner.
