He had just been hit by a car so anyone who is not a complete idiot would have considered the possibility of concussion from a head injury which would cause impairment. That was even without being assaulted by the police officer, handcuffed and thrown to the ground for his head to make contact with concrete, right after being hit with a car. The bodycam then showing him lose consciousness as evidenced by the words of the other officer saying he is unconscious, so indicating a traumatic brain injury.

This guy says it's getting worse but it's actually the same horribleness that has occurred for generations; the only difference now is video cameras and the internet. The majority still lets and causes this horribleness to continue because everyone is harmed by harmed people during childhood. If you want to help stop this horribleness, which you should because you don't want to be harmed or worse, you should concentrate on stopping the majority from harming innocent and helpless children and better understand what is harmful. You and at least most of the majority must also better understand or learn what an actual reasonable person and group is as well. Yes?

@@johnnyv107 It's true that any civil suit should handled alongside a murder charge (probably 2nd degree). Best I can tell, this was felony assault and the malice was clearly there. It would be complicated to get murder to stick in court due to the delay between incident and death in this case. Assault definitely, which charges tacked on for not getting him treatment (which cops are responsible for doing while someone is in custody). But no matter what, incidents that involve violence during unlawful arrest attempts need to reliably result in criminal charges. Otherwise, they'll keep doing it. US courts/DA have a serious malfeasance problem because they refuse to charge or equally treat "law enforcement" under the law despite evidence of blatant criminal activity being recorded. That's criminal malfeasance on its face, and evidence from discovery would almost certainly be able to prove criminal conspiracy too.

That was one of the first things I thought too. When you are that old, is not as easy, and usually even impossible to an elder to have a seat so down! I got so angry watching this! The homless elder had already enough problems for being homless. However he could still ride his bike and walked, for his age, perfectly. But because of that MONSTER he had, at the police station, clearly already problems to walk. He couldn´t talk enymore as fluently as at the beginning of the video. He couldn´t even stand without problems. And because of that monster not telling to the others, WHY he was in that condition, the man didn´t get help as fast as he needed! Instead of taking him to the police station, he had to be driven directly to the hospital!! Than MONSTER has to go to prison! And the other monsters treated him like SH*T at the station and the ones who examinated his body after he died came back with a desease that he had aparentely NEVER had.

I LOOK AFTER MY DISABLED BROTHER, HE WAS ATTACKED ON MY DRIVEWAY ON XMAS DAY A FEW YEARS AGO BY A DRUGGIE, COPS TOOK 45 MINUTES TO SHOW UP, AMBULANCE THAT TOOK THE DRUGGIE TO THE HOSPITAL GOT HERE IN 20 MINUTES. COPS DID NOTHING, NO CHARGES, NOT A SINGLE THING, DRUGGIE TRIED ME AND YEAH HENCE THE AMBULANCE WAS CALLED AS HE NEEDED MEDICAL TREATMENT AFTER I WAS DONE WITH HIM. I USE TO HAVE A GREEN CARD WAY BACK IN THE 60'S BUT HAVE LIVED IN AUSSIELAND FOR 40 OR SO YEARS NOW, COPS ARE NOT PERFECT HERE, BUT COMPARED TO THE US THAT HAS A REAL PEOPLES CONSTITUTION, THEY ARE ANGELS COMPARED TO ALL THESE VIDEOS I WATCH. CAR JACKING NEVER REALLY HAPPENS HERE, CRIME OVERALL IS LOW, BUT BEST THING I DID 10 YEARS AGO WAS MOVING FROM A CITY OF 5 MILLION TO A COUNTRY TOWN OF A FEW 1000, NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS NO COP SHOP, SURE DRUGS ARE HERE AS WELL, BUT COMPARED TO BIG CITY LIFE, MOVING TO A SMALL TOWN WILL INCREASE YOUR SAFETY. I DO NOT FEAR AMY MAN, AND NEVER WILL, BUT THAT IS EASY WITH MY SIZE, MY ADVICE SEEING YOU ARE IN THE US, HAVE PERSONAL PROTECTION, IT EVENS THINGS UP, GET A GOOD SIZE DOG, AND A SMALL DOG AS THEY BARK AT EVERYTHING. Michael came across as a nice guy, he wasn't looking for compensation or anything, just wanted to fix his bike and be on his way. Then we all saw what happened next. Good job on reporting this. Cheers.

This was a victim of a vehicle accisent. What these so called Police Officers did is a very serious crime. There was absolutely no excuse for this Police behavior. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Makes you sick to the gut when the people who are supposed to protect the public, they instead abuse the public. Truly disgusting, but also truly an American institution.

I feel that same sick feeling knowing that this is going on every day , in every city, but you don't see the news or politicians doing anything about it. That should tell you something. It is on our shoulders.

@@johnrajtar9829 wow. You don't even hear that from many Americans, kudos to you for being able to look objectively at a bad situation and call a spade a spade. You should run for office lol. Thankyou for restoring a little bit of my faith in humanity.
